Did you know you can learn how to set an intention for manifestation? When we do things throughout the day, your mind is in a loop of thoughts that keep you stuck every day. Thoughts like: ‘I’m not good enough, I am ugly, I am worthless, I have a bad personality, or I am never going to succeed at anything.’
To change your life, you need to put in a little work to change. I believe small steps are easiest when needing change to happen. Consequently, this is where Setting Intentions every day work to change your life.
Though, you would need to set an intention to do this.
What is Intention?
An Intention, according to the dictionary, is a thing intended or aim or a plan. When you intend badly, you are throwing bad intentions out there and they aren’t helping you. It time to send good positive intentions out, so your life gets better.
The best way to figure out whether the intentions that you send out are not so good is by following your thoughts. Set the clock for thirty minutes and try to say I am happy today, even if you are not. How many times did your thoughts interrupt you? If they came back with a bunch of negative statements, then it is time to make a positive intention, something that you would like in your life and what you need to change.
These ongoing thoughts don’t do us any good, and all they cause is strife. Now is the time to get rid of the old and bring in the new! if you don’t like your circumstances, then it’s time to change your thinking right now!
How to set an intention for manifestation? To set an Intention, think about what you want in life. If your life is in a bad place, instead of thinking all day long, I live in a terrible place, change your mind and set your Intention to I am working toward living in a nicer place every day. With this new Intention, it changes the thought that has negatively mucked up your life to a positive view to better your situation.
There is no correct or improper way to set an Intention. The benefits of a positive daily Intention will help you immensely over time.

Intention Setting Activities
To start, let’s change your life with some Intention Setting Activities fitted to what you want in life. And move away from the staleness of our negative past thoughts and clean out the clutter with new uplifting thoughts.
Activity Number One:
Look at the thoughts circling through your mind from the past decade. Write down the common thought view of your life from the last 5 years.
Sometimes what happens is you don’t know what the thought is. Maybe it is hard to put in words? In that case, write down the dominant emotion you feel every day within the past ten years.
Do you have thoughts like – I will never succeed, or I am never going to make money, I am such a loser, and so on.
My dominant-negative view throughout the day is, ‘I am not good enough. My New Intentional thought I am setting for the month is, ‘I am a good person with great ideas, I am always enough.’
Although it may seem silly, these fundamental baby steps will get you to the good stuff in life. Please write down your common rejecting thoughts, acknowledge that they are there and move forward to a better belief.
Write your new thought down and say it out loud. How does it make you feel? Does it make you feel better? Now try saying this positive new thought tomorrow ten times in the morning, ten times at lunchtime and ten times before going to bed. When you can, please write it down on paper.
Activity Number Two
This is one exercise that will get rid of those negative thoughts once and for all.
So how this works is you come up with an opposing statement to how you feel when you have that dominant-negative thought.
Please write down your new intention on a piece of paper and stick it in your pocket. Every time you catch yourself thinking badly, reach into your pocket, grab your intention statement and read it. It will erase the past thought that was not serving you so well.
YOu can put it into your purse or on your phone, whatever is easiest for you to get out right in front of your vision so you can see your new Intention.
Write it on sticky notes around your home and on the fridge. when you wake up in the morning it could be your good morning message for the day.
Activity Number Three
Now let’s move on to the great part. Wanting things to be better in your life and see positive change is manageable to do but not always easy to stay consistent, so I recommend getting a journal to keep track of the way you are feeling and/or an Intention Calendar with an Intention setting worksheet. How Do You Set Powerful Intentions?
Once you have an idea of the thoughts that kept you stuck in life and your intentions set in place, you are on your way to changing your life. To set you intention foe manifestation you need to stay with the exersides and follow through every day.
If you can visualize a different scenario, that helps too. Think of how much better your life will be tomorrow or in a couple of weeks or six months, even a year. Your whole life will change to what you have always wanted it to be.
Your old thoughts may try to interrupt your life. Nevertheless, it only takes a few minutes to change this by recognizing that they exist and grab on to your new Intention. This is what you need to do.
Rate between 1 being not good and 10 being great how you feel at this moment.
Replace the negative emotion and add your new Inentonal thought. Say it out load write it down. Crush the negative thinking now!
If you could rate the way your feeling between one and ten, what would you give yourself?
If you still feel emotional do it again. Practice your new intention by stating it over about ten times. You should feel better now?
After saying your New Intention, how do you feel now? Do you feel better? What would you rate yourself now?
If not…Do it again until you feel better anywhere between 6 and 8 is good.
From the start, it may feel awkward and uncomfortable to say your new Intention but this is only because it is new. Somewhere in the back of your mind, you are choosing to be stuck. Unstick your old thoughts and manifest and change your life now!
It’s worth the little discomfort.
How to Write an Intention?
Usually, I like to introduce a new Intention at the beginning of each month, and if you need help and encouragement, I will be there for you.

- A couple of days before every month, consider what you want to change.
- Set your new Intention the first thing in the morning, at noon, before bed, and remember throughout the day
- The dominant-negative thought that is keeping you stuck is an excellent place to start. So, if you don’t like working where you work, make an Intention to Change it. —Set an Intention to, ‘I will enjoy working in a happy and comfortable place.’
- My intention setting statement is to slowly change my life to something that feels more healthy and peaceful.
- ‘Be present in the daily activities that I do.’ I rush through things and don’t slow down enough. Often because of this, I miss some things or make mistakes.
- But here’s the thing, if you want to change, you have to make a point in your life to change. Suppose you don’t like what you are seeing or feeling in your life. You are missing so much because of your thoughts that drag you down.
Only I Can Change My Life
I am just learning as I go, and I can tell you it has made a difference in my life. Wayne Dyer, I believe he was a great guide in helping me grow in such a positive way. His book, ‘The Power of Intentions,’ is a good place to start.
For a better world, we have to look out for ourselves first to help others around us. That s what I want to do. I found out that this makes me feel better, and it works to change the self-defeating thoughts, crushing them down to nothing.
Although, they may try to bubble up, acknowledge it and go back to your Intention Statement. You have a magnificent mind to set an intention for manifestation.
