If anybody were to ask you this question right now how would you answer it? Are you happy in your life right now? It is kind of a loaded question. At least it is for me.

I don’t know if I am happy in my life right now, but I want to be happy. There are some things goings on in my life that make it hard for me to be happy.
I am trying to work them out but it does get hard.
I stumbled upon a great bit of information by Dr. Roger Walsh of the University of California, Irvine, College of Medicine, who suggests that to have happiness in our lives we need to simply stop and consider some therapeutic lifestyle changes(TLCs).
