What Happens When You Have a Plan? Certainly, sometimes I like to do things on the fly. Winging it once in a while is okay, but what happens when you have a plan?

It’s important to realize things work out better when you Organize and plan your life. Most of the time, when I have a plan, I feel organized, and my life runs more smoothly.

What happens when you have a plan?

You could be organizing a work schedule or building a business. Whatever you are doing, you need an easy-to-understand the plan.

To start a plan, you need to think of the bare necessities first. Looking at everything prioritized, and put in order, that makes sense to you. That is to say, I did a little research on planning and found many excellent design methods.

I would have to say my favourite planning tool is called the “Eisenhower Matrix,” named by Dwight Eisenhower, the general of the United States Army and the 34th President of the United States.
It works for all sorts of planning and keeps you in check for what you have to do to move forward each day. If you want to feel more organized, you will find inspiration in a good plan.

How to Organize Your Time And Your Life

It is interesting how you can categorically organize your life and your time. I can tackle the important stuff first and then do the other non-important material later. Often, to be able to organize this in my mind is next to impossible. With a lot on my plate, there are too many things to remember.
Unquestionably, this organizational system makes me feel better to get my life back on track.

Consequently, this is how The Eisenhower’s Matrix, Effective Prioritization works. In other words, you have four different buckets of priority of urgent to non-urgent and important to not important.

If you need to prioritize by household duties, for example, paying the hydro bill that day, you will put it in the most important and urgent bucket.

If you still had three weeks left to pay the bill, it would go into the Important but Not Urgent bucket.

This idea is so great that I don’t mind planning and organizing my week! Now my planning is a lot more entertaining! Instead of being overwhelmed with all the tasks I have in my day, I utilize the effective prioritization chart.
