How To Calm Anxiety Within To Feel Better

When you can find the stillness within, your life gets better. Within every person is the peace and purity that resonates with the soul.

If you sit still long enough and listen to your breath move in and out of your body, you can hear the calling of your inner Being. It is the true essence of who you are.

To know yourself as the Being underneath the thinker, the stillness underneath the mental noise, the love and joy underneath the pain, is freedom, salvation, enlightenment.  ~ Eckhart Tolle

You will find stillness in the divine’s most beautiful, loving essence if you practice this calming breath. Life will shift to a place of inner peace and bliss. It is this everlasting peace given to you from the beginning of time.

I have always been an optimistic and generally happy person, but like many, I had reached a low point in my life. I sat in a state of anxiety and panic attacks for most of my adult life.

My twin sister showed me chakras, meditation, and yoga; together, we had an experience so profound that it is difficult to describe in words.

Do You Feel Lost?

How to calm anxiety within to feel better

We live such hectic lives and are influenced by so much of the outside world. Our guidance within us gets covered up by the mind-boggling tasks we endure.

We seek the answers to all our problems outwardly and lose the very path that leads us to a place of stillness and happiness.

Many of us can be so distracted by life’s stresses and our fast-paced world that we fall into a trap that leaves us repeating the same old unhappy habits over and over again. Life is hard when one falls into this trap, and you are constantly struggling.

Know That Guidance is Here

If you end up with the same dead-end job, abusive situations or the same sad mistakes, this can follow you around until you leave this physical plane.
You must be seeking something to help you feel better, and that is why you ended up here?

Find inspiration in the guidance of your inner Being, who waits patiently for you in the stillness.
Are you looking for something different in your life? Do you want to change your life? Do you want to feel better?

I believe that you are reading this because you were guided here. Your Inner Being is waiting for you to recognize that you need a change. Know that you are here to find calmness in your life and that stillness leads to inner transformation.

At some point, you have to say, “I need to stop this treadmill. It is getting me nowhere! I am going to make a change!” That is your first step to awakening. You are listening to your inner soul.

Below is a great breathing exercise to calm your anxiety!

You are looking to your inner Being. Know that when you are unhappy, you are unhappy because you have lost your true path. When you are on your true path, you experience happiness.

Our Life’s Purpose Is To Be Happy

When you are happy, you are complete in all that you do. When you are happy, you are positive, and you attract positive things in your life, as well as positive people into your life.

You may get a better job, meet a better partner, start earning a better income, and all life’s struggle seems to fade away.

Your whole life turns around, and when it does, you eventually begin to feel better, and you experience life for what it truly is.

You start to live and enjoy each moment, appreciating all you have. Instead of worrying about the past and future, you are grateful for the opportunities and what you have NOW.

Eventually, your new path will lead you to something far more significant. Believe finding the stillness leads you to inner peace and bliss that all humans on this physical plane are meant to feel.
Take some time every day and feel grateful. Your inner Being is waiting for you!
