When you are at wit’s end and you’re having a bad day you need to relax and heal it only takes a few minutes to do. Here are two Relaxing healing meditation to center you with presence. Each works wonders for the body mind and soul.

The first one is a quick relaxation meditation and the second is a little more in depth. Both support you in feeling better every day!

1. Try this Quick Breathing Meditation

You can do this sitting or lay down

Meditation can be done sitting or laying down it only takes a few minutes to do so don’t worry you will not fall asleep. Take in a breath through your nose and hold your breath for a few seconds and let it go exhaling slowly through your mouth.

Be aware and feel the air move in and out of your lungs watching your stomach rises and falls. Put your hand on your stomach and feel it moving in and out.

When you breath in slow steady breathes it feels like a wave moving in and out from the shore. As you breathe in imagine the breath a wonderful light coming in to your lungs and healing every cell in your body as it continues to expand all around you. The light is cleansing, healing the cells in your body, happy with smiles all over.
