When Setting Intentions, you know they are working when you can feel it in your bones, and you can see your life is transforming in front of your eyes. It’s such a good feeling!
But things start to happen once your Intention starts to feel like it’s a part of you. Like you’re absorbing it all in every cell of your body, and suddenly you recognize that something inside trusts the process, which moves to a significant part, where you believe that it will happen.

Tip: Make sure when setting your Intentions that they are realistic and authentic to you. Otherwise, it may not be believable or attainable to you.
Oftentimes the first day going over your Intention may feel like you’re memorizing it.

1. Keep Your Intention Setting Statement is Positive
Setting Positive Intentions helps to produce more positivity within your life by enabling your brain to filter out negative thoughts—bringing in the positive energy.
It’s hanging on and breaking through the challenging parts in YOUR INTENTION that make you stronger.
2. Make sure you keep your Intention believable.
Find the belief in YOUR Intention. When you do, enjoyable things start to happen, and you start to get excited.
Sometimes you can feel when you set your Intention that it is so far overreached, it isn’t believable for you. So it’s difficult when you go over your Intention because it doesn’t resonate with you, and you feel like you’re failing.
3. Verbalize and write your Intention down every day. That would be ideal if you can make it a habit at least three times a day for about a minute.

When something not so good happens, you say. THANK YOU for the learning experience. I am now asking you to clear all these thoughts, Intentions and energy that have created this.
Then decide to have loving and supportive experiences in your life and embrace your Intention each time these instances happen.

Keep your Intentions visible. Beside your bed, on a bathroom mirror, on your phone. Practice writing your Intentions down. It will open your heart, making your Intention stronger and more authentic. There is something truly profound and marvellous in that energy!
FEEL YOUR Intention sinking in, encouraging you to move forward. Your Intentions will help you move to where you want to be in life! Old thinking may bubble up, and you may start to lose faith in yourself—two steps forward, one step back.
Know that You are always one step ahead! Get lost in your Intention, soak in it, believe it exists for you. This is what your future looks like for you! Hang in there and stick with it! Your Future Self will thank you! Let it be known that Positive thoughts are far more rewarding!
