There are three essential steps for a successful Intention when setting an Intention.
1. Keep Your Intention Setting Statement Positive
Setting Positive Intentions helps produce more positivity within your life by enabling your brain to filter out negative thoughts—bringing in the positive energy.

2. Make sure you keep your Intention believable.
Find the belief in YOUR Intention. When you do, enjoyable things start to happen, and you get excited.
Whenever you feel your Set Intention overreaches your believability, adjust it. So it’s difficult when you go over your Intention because it doesn’t resonate with you, and you feel like you’re failing.
3. Verbalize and write your Intention down every day.
That would be ideal if you could make it a habit at least three times a day to focus on your intention for about a minute. I find if I write it on a piece of paper and stuff it in my pocket or purse, it is there whenever I think about it.
