Examples of how Intentions work in your life

Usually, the best time to start Intention Setting is at the beginning of the month. However, you can start whenever you feel ready.

Each morning when you wake up, write your Intention down. During the day, go over your Intention at lunchtime and dinner, and before bedtime is best—at least three or four times a day. Truly embody your Intention in your whole being like it is right there presently.

Imagine a situation where you have shown strength in your life or a make-up situation. Close your eyes and breathe through, imagining your Intention meditating on every word. For example, I am feeling strong in my life today.

Some People sense the moon’s power when it is full and love to meditate under the full moon, grabbing on to its energy. You can also do this during a New Moon. The energy and power of your Intentions work and become profoundly exemplified when doing this during our moon phases. Please don’t rush through when working with your Intentions. Feel them completely.

I practised my Intention every day for over a month, and a few months later, I was spending time in my favourite place, something I thought would never happen because of the state of the way the world.
