Sometimes it’s a friend, sometimes it’s my family, but most of the time it is an animal! A dog or cat will never judge you and they are always there for you when you need them. You don’t have to be sad around them because they will cheer up just seeing how much happier you are now that they’re here!

Be grateful for what you have. Start by listing all the things you’re grateful for. This will help your mindset begin to shift and focus on what’s around you instead of what’s missing. Keep this list in a place that you can look at every day as a reminder, or use it as an affirmation before bed or after waking up. Now think about how many people don’t have these same things – and they might not ever get them back. Focus on those who are worse off than yourself: take time to donate money, food, clothes or other supplies; spend time with someone who is lonely; volunteer somewhere where there is always work to do; offer emotional support when needed; be kinder than necessary to others – even strangers.

How To Set A Clear Intention

The first thing is you need to decide what you want in your life. Once you have an idea that will make you happy and more content, determine if it is attainable and believable to you. It could be as simple as stating an Intention that you want more fun in your life or maybe more money? If you set more believable Intentions and something you know you can get, it is much easier to attain your Intention.

Write it down every morning when you wake up. You can meditate on your Intention, which brings lots of powerful positive energy for the start of the day.

Go over it whenever you think of it throughout the morning. At lunchtime, go over it again if you can say it aloud serval times and if you have the opportunity, write it down a few times.

In the afternoon again whenever you think of it and suppertime if you can say it aloud and write down this is optimum.

Then finally, go over it before you go to bed.

If you can visualize it like it is happening in the present, I find it awesome because your being feels like it is already there. This is the actionable step s you take to make your Intention happen. Now by the end of the month, you will be amazed at the change in your mood and demeanour.
