Do you want to change your life? There’s a secret, and it’s called an intention—a simple statement of what you want to happen in the future. Intentions are about being specific about what you want, so there is no confusion on if you have accomplished it or not! For example, “I intend for my business to make more money this year.” This is different from goals. Goals are measurable steps that must be taken in order to achieve the intention. Changing your goal just means changing or achieving something else instead of that original thing.
