If you feel stressed, it may be time to call your Mom. Talking to someone who knows you inside and out is a good idea. My Mom and twin sister are who I call when I need to cheer up. When life gets a little overwhelming and we feel down, there’s nothing quite like the comfort of having family around. Talking to someone who loves you unconditionally –whether it be your mom, dad, brother, sister or another supportive relative they can provide invaluable insight into our struggles as well as boost morale with some much needed compassion. For me personally, Mom’s wisdom always helps remind me that I’m strong enough for whatever comes my way!

When times are tough, it can be extremely difficult to stay positive. Plant a tree – go outside and dig a hole in the ground, put your hands into the soil, watch it grow over time.
